Our Employee Referral Program is an initiative that incentivises current employees to refer experienced and skilled people, who align with our principles, to join our team. BTP are looking for skilled and experienced people to join our highly-skilled teams across Australia.
It’s a great opportunity to earn extra money by referring one of your friends or associates to a qualifying role at BTP Group.
All permanent BTP employees who are employed up to Supervisor level are eligible to submit referrals. The qualifying roles for the referral program are listed below.

Both you and the eligible candidate will receive payment on successful completion of the candidate’s six month probation. This payment will be paid into your account on the next pay cycle.
