Chief Executive Officer, Investments / Acting General Manager, BTP
Vivienne is a senior executive with a strong track record of creating shareholder value in global mining and oil & gas companies. She has significant experience leading operations, feasibility studies, greenfield and brownfield development projects, corporate functions and joint ventures in complex business environments across a wide range of commodities (iron ore, aluminium, nickel, gold, mineral sands, tantalum, tin, oil, and gas).
Vivienne holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Metallurgical Engineering, with Distinction) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from FINSIA, and a Master of Business Administration (Technology Management) from Deakin University. She is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
National Sales & Marketing Manager
Dale Waters is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with a high level of commercial acumen underpinned by tertiary qualifications with a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA (with Distinction), Graduate Diploma of Applied Science (Sports Coaching) and a Graduate Diploma of Management. Having previously held national sales and marketing roles in the Mining and Automotive sectors, Dale is a passionate team leader who has a track record for shaping teams to realise new ambitions through skilled transformation and collaboration. Dale has previously been selected for leadership development programs with multi-national organisations including Atlas Copco and Nissan Australia.
Daryl Jennings has been engaged in the Mining Equipment industry since 2015 and in Commodity Trading, Mining and Mine Development in the 10 years preceding that. Daryl has extensive Commercial and Financial experience across these and other industries over a 30-year career spread over 3 continents, including responsibility as Chief Financial Officer and Statutory Director. Daryl holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, a Masters in Accounting and is registered as a Chartered Accountant.
National Manager – Rental Equipment
Nick Phillips is responsible for the maintenance and asset management of all rental fleet assets across Australia. He has a long history of leadership positions in the area of maintenance at mining and resources companies. Nick is known for his ability to fine-tune the safety culture to ensure the wellbeing of the workforce.
Nick holds a Diploma in Front Line Management from the Mt. Eliza Business School.
HR Manager, Investments
Louise Grogan has more than 15 years of experience in human resources and industrial relations with a particular flair for change and growth management within large publicly listed organisations. Prior to joining the Perenti Group, Louise worked in senior human resources management roles in the mining, commercial and civil construction industries.
As Human Resources Manager, Louise is responsible for all operational and strategic human resources and industrial relations for Perenti Investments ISG. Louise holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Marketing from the University of Western Australia.
Regional Sales Manager – Western Region
Paul Allenby has held several leadership positions in the mining and resources industry with national and international responsibilities. He also has experience working as an independent consultant. Paul particularly enjoys working in heavy mining and earthmoving equipment and has experience with both surface and underground mining operations.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting & Finance from the University of Western Australia, a Certified Public Accountant degree from The Australian Society of CPAs, and a Master of Business Administration and Management from Curtin University.
Regional Manager – South East Region
Scott Currie is responsible for operations at BTP Mt Thorley branch in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, including managing the workshop, parts and components warehouse, and relationships with BTP’s key clients in the region including BTP’s Peabody contract.
Scott has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry managing workshops, parts and machine operations. He has held positions with the OEM and also large non-OEM, workshop, parts and equipment suppliers in his time in the industry. Scott is known for his ability to efficiently manage workshop and parts operation and has a strong focus on team building and creating a safe work environment. Scott is a qualified Automotive and Heavy Plant Mechanic that has worked both in Australia and overseas.
Regional Manager – North East Region
Hugh Heathwood oversees the operations at BTP Queensland including workshop and facilities.
Hugh is responsible for BTP’s Service Exchange parts reconditioning, warehouse operations, and for managing field services for key clients in the region.
